Files and documents
Nextcloud for files, OnlyOffice for editing — Word and Excel in the browser, with versions.
Direction 07 — Collaboration
Files, documents, knowledge base, chat, passwords, tasks, CRM and ERP — the tools you need in one working environment. Hosted on your server or on my infrastructure, according to your rules.
Teamwork services
You can start with one task and add the services your team actually needs as you grow.
Collaboration / capabilities
I deploy the combination your team actually needs and connect the services when useful.
Nextcloud for files, OnlyOffice for editing — Word and Excel in the browser, with versions.
BookStack for procedures, Wiki.js or MediaWiki for open knowledge — searchable and structured.
Mattermost for channels and calls, Nextcloud Talk for video — the conversation stays on your server.
Vaultwarden for passwords, LDAP/SSO across every service — one account, one password.
Planka for tasks, EspoCRM for clients, ERPNext for operations — one chain.
On my infrastructure or your Proxmox — as Docker containers, with backups and monitoring.
process
What you use today, where files get lost and which service duplicates another.
Which services you actually need — an extra system is the same problem as a missing one.
Staged rollout: files first, then documents, then communication.
One account everywhere, one backup, one monitoring — a stack, not separate islands.
cases
Nextcloud, OnlyOffice and Mattermost — files, documents and chat on one server, with one account.
BookStack for procedures, Nextcloud for files — a new employee finds the answer alone.
EspoCRM for leads, ERPNext for invoices and stock — data enters once.
faq
No. Most teams need 2–4 services. We start with Nextcloud and add only when a real need appears.
Yes — that is one of the main options. I deploy on your Proxmox or physical server, hand over documentation, and then you run it or I maintain it.
Only where it makes sense: one LDAP account, one backup, one monitoring. Excess connections are a security risk.
Every service listed is open source with no licence fee. You pay for the server and a maintenance plan — at a fixed price.
A short call is enough to understand which service you need first.
